The Pink Hatters – Ladies In Waiting

Have you ever seen a Pink Hatter? A pink hatter is a young woman under the age of fifty who is a member of The Red Hat Society. When you see a pink hatter you'll know it, they dress in stunning pink hats and wear lavender outfits.

Pink Hatters are routinely called "Ladies in Waiting" as they are waiting for the day they will turn fifty and become a Red Hatter. When a pink hatter turns fifty an extraordinary ceremony called a "Red-u-ation" is held and the pink hat is traded for a red one. These celebrations always include giggling, laughter, and a lot of fun.

The Red Hat Society is a social group of ladies that have joined together to celebrate life. Women join the society to meet new friends, have fun and be a part of the special community.

Dressing up in beautiful pink hats, red hats with exotic feathers, pins, clips, bows is all part of the fun. The fun doesn't end with the hat though; the outfits can be just as extreme and as fun to wear.

Just like a wild fire, this community has spread far and wide. There are chapters located all over the world, with the majority of the members located in the United States. Women join at all ages from young girls to over fifty to enjoy the company of fellow members.

Conventions such as Nashville Rhythm and Rhinestones are held far and wide due to the popularity of the club. New friends are made, networking and lots of fun is in order when one attends a convention.

The club has a saying, "You don't stop playing because you're old, you grow old because you stop playing." The Red and Pink Hatters definitely know how to have fun and how to stay young at heart. Women looking for encouragement, support, fun and friendship should look into the club and see if it is something they would enjoy.

We never cease to misbehave and we're always looking for additions young and 'younger'. Look for local chapters in your area!
